Overview

Your event, run like a fixture

We handle the spreadsheet work that kills community events: seeding, scheduling, result verification and dispute calls. You get a branded bracket page, a ruleset tuned to your crowd and a broadcast package with overlays, lower-thirds and caster notes.

For venue events we add check-in sheets, stage timing and a tech rider for the screen setup. For online cups we run a Discord hub with automated result threads and clip collection for the highlight reel.

“They ran our 64-player cup tighter than events ten times the budget. Players are still asking when the next one is.”

FAQ about this service

Yes. Online cups run inside a Discord hub we set up, with automated result threads, verified screenshots and a caster-ready bracket page.
You set the prize pool; we administer it. We collect entries, hold the pool and document every payout for your records.
Every match needs a recorded run or two witnesses. Our director rules on disputes using the ruleset, and the call is final inside the event.
Three weeks is comfortable for a bracket event, five for a broadcast cup. Rush jobs are possible at a surcharge.
